*Blue Corn Encrusted Shrimp Ensalada*
Last night we went to one of my favorite restaurants to celebrate a friend's birthday. Everything at this restaurant is good, and I try to get something different everytime. I opted for this salad last night, and (as always) it was great. The texture of the shrimp with this unique batter is sooo yummy. But, if you go, you MUST get the rib appetizer. It's to die for.
